Description : 1) The Municipal Government of Sabangan, through the R.A. 12116 GAA FY 2025 - Local Government Support Fund - Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) intends to apply the sum Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for OPENING WITH CONCRETING OF POBLACION FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Sabangan now invites bids for Opening with Concreting of Poblacion Farm to Market Road. Completion of the Works is required sixty-eight (68) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
