1) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the GF-20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Opening with Concreting of Road at Brgy. Hibaca-an (Phase 2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for the Opening with concreting of Road at Brgy. Hibaca-an (Phase 2) in Barangay Hibaca-an premises. Completion of the Works is required 240 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
