Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Carigara, through the SBDP FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 2, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF PCCP, L=178.50M X W=2.50M X T=0.20M WITH STONE MASONRY AND RCBC W/ WINGWALL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Carigara now invites bids for OPENING WITH CONCRETING OF ROAD AT BRGY. COGON, CARIGARA, LEYTE Completion of the Works is required 90 CD. Bidders should have completed from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
