OPENING WITH CONCRETING OF ROAD
1) The LGU-Macalelon, Quezon, through the FY2026 LGSF-SBDP intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Three Pesos and Ninety Five Centavos (₱ 9, 999, 493.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Opening with Concreting of Road located at Brgy. Amontay Macalelon, Quezon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU Macalelon, Quezon now invites bids for Opening with Concreting of Road. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed within five years, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
