Opening a competitive procedure with negotiation for the conclusion of framework agreements with the subject of "Activities for the provision of machine voting in the country in new and partial elections for mayors and in possible second round for mayors, and in the new elections for municipal councilors for the period from the conclusion of the framework Agreement by June 30, 2025 (inclusive), according to the technical specifications and terms of the contracts, with two lots, as follows OP No. 1 Prevention/Diagnostics (Testing of SUMG and the built -in peripherals - printer and smart card reader), preparation, installation of an operating system and applied software, parameterization and supplementation of SMEMG, technical service of SMEMG in the election and election day on the ground/relevant election section and provision of a maintenance center in case of problems with SUMG. OP No. 2 Transport of SUMG to the polling stations and logistical provision of SUMG in the election and the following day. "
