1. The Local Government Unit of Arteche, Eastern Samar, through the LGSF-GEF for FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand One hundred Sixty-nine Pesos (Php 3, 900, 169.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Opening with Concreting of Local Road at Brgy. Cagsalay, Arteche, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local government Unit of Arteche, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the Above Procurement Project . Completion of the Works is required within One hundred Twenty (120) calendars days.
