Description : Invitation to Bid for Opening and Development of New Road (BASC)
1) The Municipality of San Ildefonso, Bulacan, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Opening and Development of New Road (BASC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Ildefonso, Bulacan now invites bids for the Opening and Development of New Road (BASC) Completion of the Works is required fifty-five (55) working days.. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
