Description : The Local Government Unit of Bula is inviting interested PhilGEPS accredited contractors to apply for eligibility and to submit complete bid for the OPENING AND CONCRETING OF ROAD at Zone 7 Barangay Bagoladio, Bula, Camarines Sur under the TRUST FUND - LGSF - SBDP 2026 with an ABC of Ten Million Pesos Only (₱ 10, 000, 000.00), as per scope of works and specifications under the accompanying documents. Completion of work is required by 105 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years, a contract similar to the Projects. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedures for open competitive bidding as specified in the IRR of RA 9184 (R.A 9184), with some amendments, as stated in this bidding documents. The contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during post-qualification.
