Tender Details

The subject of this Public Contract is the supply of equipment and facilities for the implementation of the project "Open workshop Vroutek", including related services and partial construction works necessary for the proper installation and commissioning of the supplied equipment. The main fulfillment Public contracts are supplies within the meaning of § 14 paragraph 1 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ"). The scope of performance also includes related assembly, installation and smaller construction modifications, the implementation of which is necessary for the complete, functional and safe operation of the supplied equipment. These related construction works have an additional character and do not represent the main subject of the contract. The supplier is obliged to ensure complete delivery, transport, assembly, installation, testing operation and handover of the equipment, including all components, accessories and documentation, in a quality that meets the technical standards, related legal regulations and specifications set out in this procurement documentation and its annexes. Exact technical specifications, scope supplies and related works are listed in the Project Documentation, Itemized Budget and other appendices of this procurement documentation, which form an integral part of it.
