Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of software for the development of e-services at the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Legnica, divided into the following parts: 1) PART I - purchase of the "Patient Portal" software as part of the cloud service platform. 2) PART II - purchase of software to expand EDM with new documents in accordance with applicable standards and legal regulations. 3) PART III - purchase of software for the VOICEBOT service that performs virtual registration functions integrated with the Ordering Party's HIS. 4) PART IV - purchase of software for integration of the treatment card with CeZ, digitization and indexation along with monitoring the indexing rate of documents. 5) PART V - purchase of software for integrating the system for the production of cytostatic drugs with AMMS, 6) PART VI - purchase of a license for the AMMS Medycyna Pracy system module. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the order have been specified for each PART separately, which constitute appendices to the SWZ. for PARTS I, III - one contract template has been prepared and will be published accordingly modified in accordance with the content of the Contractor's offer, for PARTS II, IV, V - one template has been prepared, which will be appropriately modified in accordance with the content of the Contractor's offer, for PART VI - a separate contract template was prepared.
