A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 8 "Technical parameters of the subject of the order". The subject of the order includes in particular the sale, delivery and bringing of equipment to the premises indicated by the Ordering Party at the Warsaw Southern Hospital, arrangement and assembly of the delivered devices in places indicated by the Ordering Party, commissioning of the equipment and execution before technical acceptance (performed by authorized persons) commissioning, functional tests and equipment efficiency tests. The contractor is obliged to ensure that the device is started up by the manufacturer's authorized service, if this is a necessary condition for maintaining the warranty.
