The contract concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with one or more specialized successful bidders for the execution of industrial cleaning work on atmospheric storage tanks in which have been stored crude oil, petroleum products or related energy products, and which are used by ASEVA for the storage of Belgian security stocks. The framework agreement aims to designate one or more specialized successful bidders for carrying out the necessary tank cleaning work, in particular, as part of: • periodic inspections; • maintenance work; • product changes; • retrofit projects; • decommissioning; • recommissioning of tanks; • other work requiring a previously cleaned tank. The contract includes at least the following works: • removal of product residues; • removal of sludge and sediment; • carrying out partial internal cleanings or complets des cuves, conformément à la mission individuelle ; • degassing of tanks if required; • the evacuation and transport of waste produced to an approved waste treatment operator, as well as the coordination of their treatment; • the discount tank in accordance with individual mission requirements.
