YOU MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR OR DEALER OF BAUER- PILECO INC PROVIDE WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION FROM THIS VENDOR. Contractors having the expertise and required capabilities to repair these items are invited to submit complete information discussing the same.

(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(2) Solicitation Number 70Z08525Q49004B00 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, dated 17 Jan 2025.
