The project entitled Single Real Estate Register (EMA) seeks to systematically record, manage and monitor real estate through an integrated information system that will collect, systematize and incorporates digital information kept by different public bodies. Administration and private sector.
In terms of feasibility the information system will serve:
• Citizens and professionals looking for information about a particular property.
• Public Sector Bodies (including bodies involved in the single real estate register) in order to enrich/ improve the data of their internal registers.
• Private sector bodies, for the simplification of transactions with the insurance and banking market as well as access to risk assessment data and faster loan approval.
The operation of the overall project is intended to create A modern, fully automated electronic register of real estate, to ensure the greatest possible information, publicity and security of citizens' transactions and stakeholders.
As part of the project, interoperability will be implemented by the single real estate register with Public and Private Bodies, and will provide open data utilization services of the Single Real Estate Registry, which include both the analysis and study of the existing data maintained in each body and the necessary development services for the Ant ...
