Energy renovation of the National School of Engineering of Le Mans (ENSIM) Publication in early September 2026 of an open call for tenders for works contracts for the energy renovation of ENSIM in Le Mans. 14 separate batches Estimated duration 18 months including 4 months of preparation: Lot n°1 VRD- Major Work, Lot n°2 Metal framework, Lot n°3 Cladding, Lot n°4 Waterproofing, Lot n°5 Macro lot Facades, Lot n°6 Locksmithing - metalwork, Lot n°7 Drywalls, Lot n°8 Interior joinery, Lot n°9 False ceilings, Lot n°10 Screeds-Floor coverings, Lot n°11 Painting, Lot n°12 HVAC - Plumbing, Lot n°13 Electricity - CFO-CFA, Lot n°14 Lifting device. The consultation will concern the execution of energy renovation work at the National School Superior of Engineers of Le Mans (ENSIM), component of Le Mans University (72) and located on its campus. The operation is registered in the CPER 2021/2027 with project management which will be ensured by the Rectorate of Nantes (University Construction Service - SCUS). The ENSIM building was built in 1995 with a surface area of ​​4, 920 m² SP organized in an L shape on 2 levels. This is a 3rd category ERP of type R which includes 439 students (including 65 in preparatory class and 80 on apprenticeship contract) and 70 administrative, teaching and research staff (including doctoral students).
