T2 improvement project OPC Purpose of the project: The contract is initiated by Marseille Provence Airport, with a view to designating the OPC which will be responsible for the mission relating to the work to modernize the functions of Terminal 2 at Marseille Provence Airport. The scope of the project includes: -The modernization of airport functions and reconfiguration of existing ones on the City side -The modernization of airport functions and reconfiguration of existing ones on the runway side -Modernization of functions airports and reconfiguration of baggage sorting -The reconfiguration of aircraft stations The OPC will be entrusted with the missions of organization, planning, coordination and management of the Terminal 2 Modernization project in the design study phase, execution and site study: OPC mission in design phase -Involved in all phases of design study (APS/APD/AVP/PRO), building permit (filing of a phased permit) and ACT, -Establishment of the general calendar the operation, -Responsible for the organizational and temporal parts of the general planning of the operation, -Determination of detailed phasing schedules allowing visualization of the spatial organization of the work, continuity of operation and planning of the operation in conjunction with the Project Management, OPC mission in DCE phase -Drafting parts of the tender documents relating to deadlines, phasing of work, constraints, etc.
