Tender Details

The project consists of bringing together four medico-social structures currently spread across the municipalities of Bais and Hambers on a single site in Bais. Today split into two municipalities, the PMS wishes to establish all the structures on its current site of Snow White's home whose geographical location and land availability of the plot make this site the most favorable for this grouping. In addition to the current structures, namely a living center and a Reception House Specialized, the future site then aims to bring together the EHPAD Le Rochard located in Bais and the Foyer d'Accueil Médicalisé les Bleuets located in Hambers. The main objective of this merger is to improve the care of the various residents welcomed, in link with the improvement of the working conditions of agents with the aim of creating an efficient functional organization resolving the problems generated by scattered sites across the territory.
