Description

The Defense Human Resources Activity Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC) Enterprise Acquisition Division (EAD), on behalf of the Defense Personnel Analytics Center-s (DPAC) Office of People Analytics (OPA) through its Joint Advertising, Market Research and Studies (JAMRS) program intends to issue a solicitation using full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.1, which will result in a contract using the procedures at FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15.
