1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Masaga, Rapu-Rapu, Albay, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only. (P 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for detailed as follows:
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Masaga, Rapu-Rapu, Albay now invites bids for 20% EDF CY-2026 Projects. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
