THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
The Gallup Service Unit (GSU), Indian Health Service, plans to award a firm-fixed-price sole source purchase order under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to SW Logistics LLC dba UltraShred, 1823 Commercial St. NE, Suite B, Albuquerque, NM 87102-1598 (UEI: G269GSP6ZQN3).
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561990 - All Other Support Services, which has a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The object of this sole source award is to obtain on-site, secure document destruction services that are compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Privacy Act of 1974.
