This is a call for a technical dialogue for the procurement of a solution for supervision of electronic remote exams to Laurea University of Applied Sciences, Turku University of Applied Sciences and University of Eastern Finland needs. Laurea University of Applied Sciences is responsible for the procurement and the procurement will be carried out as a joint purchase. This notice is not a pre-notice, a procurement notice, an invitation to tender nor an invitation to a negotiation procedure nor will this publication of a notice open a call for tenders. The aim is to identify potential service providers for online exam proctoring solution, that allows to monitor students performing exams regardless of their location. The saved records produced by proctored exams will be saved and handled in EU/ETA area. The purpose is to purchase ready-made SaaS solution. The service provider is expected to also offer deployment and maintenance of the solution as well as support services. Solution-s minimum language requirement is English. Online exam proctoring solution should include at least essential technical requirements: - The solution should be accessible on various devices and be supported various operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux). - Compatibility with commonly used web browsers should be ensured. - Authentication and Identity Verification are required. - Integration capabilities with learning management systems (LMS) or exam platforms. - Detailed reports...
