Description: As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemie, TU Delft has an agreement concluded an agreement with the American supplier PSI Services (RPNOW) with the application of Article 2.32 paragraph 1 ("mandatory urgency) for the academic year 2020-2021 for online academic year 2020-2021to be able to purchase exams (proctoring). The value of the initial assignment is approximately € 1, 500, 000.
