Tender Details

The service to be procured includes a software service as a SaaS service (online learning environments), an implementation project including migration of existing content, training of Kela's experts in the use of online learning environments and technical support and maintenance work during operation, as well as any specialist work ordered separately. Kela's goal is to acquire two online learning environments from the same supplier (Kela personnel's Online School and Kela and Kanta's online school). The agreement is first valid for a limited period, according to a preliminary estimate, from 11.8.2026 to 11.8.2030, after which the contract will continue as valid until further notice. The agreement comes into force upon the signature of both contracting parties. The contract is estimated to be signed in the spring of 2026. Estimate does not bind Kela.
