1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a brand new SFE/SFC/UHPLC/HESI-MSMS online system with a triple quadrupole, free from legal and physical defects (hereinafter referred to as "Equipment). Further information regarding the description of the Equipment and the scope of delivery is provided later in the announcement. (Description (BT-24-Lot), full and comprehensive information in the indicated scope is provided by the SWZ. 2. Whenever a term from the following is used in this announcement, it should be understood as: 1) the Public Procurement Law - Polish Act of 11/09/2019 - Public Procurement Law, 2) SWZ or Procurement documents - the procurement document prepared for this procedure (and open tender procedure) referred to in Art. 133 and 134 of the Public Procurement Law with annexes, including Annex No. 2 (Technical and scope of delivery) and the Contract Template; 3) Template of the Agreement - draft provisions procurement contracts, the content of which is provided in Annex No. 9 of the SWZ. Delivery of the SFE/SFC/UHPLC/HESI-MSMS online system with a triple quadrupole (hereinafter referred to as "Equipment". 1. Description of the minimum technical requirements and other types of properties of the Equipment - is provided in Annex No. 2 of the SWZ. 2.
