"Ongoing repair of a waste site, located in the immediate vicinity of a stationary facility /solishte/, located on the basis of OP "Cleanliness" The subject of this public procurement is "Ongoing repair of a waste site located in close proximity to a stationary facility /solishte/, located at the base of OP "Cleanliness". The object of the public procurement is "construction", within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 1, letter "a" of the ZOP. Construction activities do not require a building permit and approval of an investment project. All SMR/SRR included in the order constitute "ongoing repair" in the sense of paragraph 5, item 43 of the DR of ZUT and are aimed at improving the operational qualities of the existing site, without affecting construction without remodeling, reconstruction or change of purpose. The term for the implementation of all activities and construction and installation works included in the scope of this public procurement should not be longer than 70 (seventy) calendar days. The response time (inspection) cannot be longer than 48 hours. The term for removing a detected defect cannot be longer than 10 calendar days. Proposals of participants in which the terms are proposed in a different measurement unit and/or exceed the maximum permissible term, on the basis of Art. 107, item 2, b. "a" from ZOP.
