5.1 The subject of the order is the execution of the task titled: Current maintenance of greenery in the Andrychw Commune in 2026. 5.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: 5.2.1 tree care treatments, 5.2.2 tree planting with staking/harvesting tree seedlings are provided by the Ordering Party, 5.2.3 mechanical cutting of trees with a trunk circumference of up to 50 cm, milling of trunks, removal of wood, 5.2.4 mechanical cutting of trees with a trunk circumference of more than 50 cm, milling of trunks, removal of wood, 5.2.5 care of single bushes, 5.2.6 cutting and grubbing up bushes and self-seeding trees of medium density, 5.3 All the above-mentioned services must be performed in accordance with the service standards specified in the Annex - Service Standards and in accordance with the Annex List of maintenance works in the tree stand and green areas urban. 5.4 The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract. 5.5 The Ordering Party estimates that the works covered by the subject of the order will be performed in the following quantities: 5.5.1 tree care treatments 190 pcs. 5.5.2 planting trees with staking (obtaining tree seedlings is provided by the Ordering Party) - 15 pcs. 5.5.3 mechanical...
