Tender Details

1) the subject of the order are works related to the drainage of the road, consisting of the repair and installation of road stormwater drainage devices, surface drainage of surfaces along with accompanying works, and works related to the regulation of ditches drainage of the road along with culverts, strengthening ditches and maintenance; 2) the order will be implemented along county roads in the Rybnik poviat; 3) a detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the documentation (Appendix No. 8 to SWZ), i.e. list of roads, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiOR) and the form of the table of settlement elements (Annex No. 9 to the SWZ), constituting an integral part of the SWZ; 4) the amounts given in the form of the table of settlement elements are estimates and have been provided for the purpose of realistic evaluation of offers and selection of the most advantageous offer; 5) the ordering party informs that the minimum guaranteed value of the works provided is 80% of the offer price;
