Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works, hereinafter referred to as works, consisting in the ongoing maintenance and renovation of rooms in the buildings of the Chancellery of the Senate at ul.: Wiejska 6/8, Frascati 2, Smolna 12 and Wiejska 12, in Warsaw.2. General description conditions for performing works in the buildings of the Senate Chancellery: 2.1. All works will be performed in an active and used facility and subject to special procedures ensuring the safety of this type of facilities, which is known as: 2.1.1. due to the need to stay on the premises carrying out the works by persons with appropriate construction qualifications and experience to manage the works;2.1.2. with the organization and conduct of works in a way that ensures the safety of facility users, in accordance with health and safety regulations;2.1.3. with performing work (approx. 60% their intended scope) on weekdays after 4:00 p.m., as well as at night and on days off from work;2.1.4. with compliance with the comments and recommendations issued by the Marshal Guard and the State Protection Service;2.1.5. with the use of equipment connected to a vacuum cleaner or other dust-absorbing devices when performing dirty work and, regardless of this, use...
