Ongoing maintenance and maintaining the proper technical functioning of SAP installation devices - fire alarm signaling and DSO - sound warning system, along with periodic maintenance of smoke removal installations located in PK buildings, as well as service and checking the operation of the network connection of the fire alarm system (SSP). A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in: - Appendix No. 1 to SWZ - Scope of SAP and DSO maintenance services and Smoke Control Installations - Appendix No. 2 to SWZ - Price calculation form offers - Appendix No. 4 - Designed provisions of the contract. The order also includes periodic training of building administrators and porters on how to operate the systems. The ordering party requires that the services be provided by an entity or staff with: - quality certificate services in the field of maintenance of fire alarm systems and fire automation, issued by an accredited certification body or an equivalent document confirming compliance with quality requirements.
