ONEGATE: Provision of a solution for creating and providing surveys in SaaS mode The purpose of this contract is to provide a software solution in SaaS mode, intended for the design, management and distribution of surveys: -Update provision by the holder of a Solution allowing managers (internal Banque de France business users) to configure surveys intended for establishments (Banks, Insurance companies, non-financial companies, etc.). These surveys are completed by respondents (users representing establishments reporting and responding to surveys); -Solution configuration and configuration services; -Support and maintenance of the Solution; -Interfacing with the directory of the Bank of France; -User training services; -Safety monitoring (based on the Safety Insurance Plan).
