1. The Puerto Princesa City Water District, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract Approved by the Board for year 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (2, 700, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for One-Year Contract for the Preventive Maintenance and Services of Atlantium Hydro-Optic Water Disinfection System [Goods-2024-007]-Re-bidding. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Puerto Princesa City Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required is within One (1) Year after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
