On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the service of annual access to the Total Materia material database in the network S edition in the Horizon package with the following add-ons: "Extended Range" and "Smart comp" for 10 workstations in 3 geographical locations. Database data should contain the following information about the materials:• Mechanical properties of the analyzed materials;• Physical properties of the analyzed materials;• Fatigue data of the analyzed materials;• Possibility to identify the material based on its chemical composition;• Stress - stress charts deformation of the analyzed materials;• Information about the microstructure of the analyzed materials;• Information about the chemical composition of the analyzed materials;• Information about available substitutes for the analyzed materials;• Information about the irradiation of the analyzed materials;• Information about parameters of heat treatment of materials;• Information on the possibility of combining the analyzed materials;• Catalog and search engine for suppliers of the analyzed materials;• Information on reference documents (norms, technical standards regarding the analyzed materials);• Possibility to export material data for CAE software; The database should contain both metallic and plastic materials.
