Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, installation, configuration and performance of necessary tests of medical equipment, i.e. an imaging plate scanner with accessories for the headquarters of the Provincial Dental Clinic. Dr. n. med. Zbigniew aka Krakow. Detailed quality requirements and parameters utility values ​​of the subject of the order, as well as the expected quantities, are included in the Price Form - Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. In these proceedings, the Ordering Party requires the cooperation of the offered imaging plate scanner with the EzDent-i software from Vatech owned and used by the Ordering Party, enabling transfer and use of radiological images in the existing radiological environment. The ordering party allows solutions from different manufacturers that meet the functional requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party points out that the seat of the Clinic is also the place of delivery is located in the very center and in the paid parking zone of the city of Krakow, and the Ordering Party is not able to provide a parking space for suppliers.
