1)The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2025 ANNUAL SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND (SEF)intends to apply the sum of P3, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One Job Order for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING ( FOR ALS TRAINING CENTER) LOCATED AT MARIANO SARONA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BARANGAY NORTHERN PALIGUE, PADADA, DAVAO DEL SUR (C-068-26). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is require 120 Calendar Days Contract Duration. Bidders should have completed, for the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. ...
