1)The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the Trust Fund - GAA 2026 Basic Education Facilities Program intends to apply the sum of P10, 641, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF 1 STOREY 2 CLASSROOM BLDG. WITH COMFORT ROOM - 2 UNITS located at BOLTON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, BARANGAY BOLTON, MALALAG, DAVAO DEL SUR (C-116-26). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
