Description : ONE (1) YEAR SUBSCRIPTION OF NATIONAL DATA CENTER FOR LONG RANGE IDENTIFICATION AND TRACKING (LRIT) SYSTEM (SECOND POSTING)
1. The Philippine Coast Guard through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-One Pesos and 01/100 (Php2, 787, 281.01) Only being the Approved Budget Ceiling (ABC) to payments under the contract for the One (1) Year Subscription of National Data Center For Long Range Identification And Tracking (LRIT) System (Second Posting). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt by the winning supplier of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) with warranty of at least one (1) year upon acceptance.
