ONE (1) YEAR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER FOR

DENR-NCR 2022

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - National Capital Region

(DENR-NCR), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) CY 2022, intends

to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Pesos

(1, 164, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ONE (1) YEAR

INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER FOR DENR-NCR 2022. Bids received in excess

of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - National Capital Region

(DENR-NCR) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the

Goods/Services shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI.

Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from

the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The

description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,

in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)....
