1. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center (PCMC) through the COB CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 10, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the following Invitation to Bids. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
