Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

ONE (1) LOT FOR TRAINING VENUE, FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION

DURING THE MANAGERIAL AND DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MIAGAO, ILOILO

1. The Municipality of Miagao, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian, Account Number 1032-5-02-010 intends to apply the sum of P 360, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for One (1) Lot for Training Venue, Food and Accommodation During the Managerial and Development Training for Local Government Unit of Miagao, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Miagao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by May 16-19. 2024. Bidders should have completed, within twelve (12) months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
