1. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center (PCMC) through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php4, 411, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for the following projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
