The PHILIPPINE TEXTILE RESEARCH INSTITUTE (PTRI), through the CY 2022 DOST-GIA Project “3D Warp-Knitted Natural Textile Fiber-based Spacer Fabrics for the Local Footwear Industry”; “Sustainable Textiles for the Community-based Philippine Footwear Industries (STEP-in) and DOST-PCAARRD Project “Community-based Verification of Fiber Extraction Technology using Local Bamboo Species as Textile Material” intends to apply for a total of SIXTEEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php16, 400, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each of the following items:
