Description : SCOPE OF WORK
The following scope of services shall be performed, as may be necessary and applicable, in order to keep CAB-s Electrical systems to operate properly and with optimum energy efficiency.
It shall include, but shall not be limited, to the following:
Visual Inspection: Regular visual inspections of electrical equipment and systems to identify signs of wear, damage, or potential issues. This includes checking for loose connections, corrosion, overheating, and physical damage.
Cleaning: Cleaning electrical components such as switches, circuit breakers, panels, and contactors to remove dust, dirt, and debris that can accumulate and cause insulation breakdown or overheating.
Tightening Connections: Periodically checking and tightening electrical connections to prevent loosening, arcing, and overheating. Loose connections can lead to increased resistance, voltage drops, and equipment failure.
