1. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (PhP209, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of One (1) Lot Laboratory Supplies Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
