1. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP499, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of One (1) Lot Hardware Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
