Scope of Work:
1. MEDIA INVITATION & ON-SITE MANAGEMENT
- Invite up to 20 - 30 media representatives based on
the client-s priority list and agency recommendations:
- Media attendance may be distributed across Day 1
to Day 3, depending on program relevance and
editorial availability
- Create and distribute media invitations via email and
messaging platforms
- Coordinate confirmations, accreditation, and preevent requirements
On-the-day media coordination (January 27-29, 2026):
- Manage media registration and attendance tracking
- Coordinate distribution of media kits and official
press materials
- Facilitate interviews with approved DOST-PTRI
representatives, speakers, and partners (subject to
availability)
- Ensure proper media coverage during key moments,
including:
(1) Opening ceremony and press conference
(2) Exhibition walkthroughs
(3) Fashion Innovation Show
(4) Partnership signings and photo opportunities
