Description : 1) The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), through the Corporate Operating Budget
(COB) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Three Hundred Thousand
Pesos (PhP10, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the Contract for the One Lot (1) Computerized Accounting
System (CAS) Under PR No. ACD-2603-023 and ITB No. 2604-034-10. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) now invites bids for Contract for the One (1) Lot
Computerized Accounting System (CAS). Delivery of the Goods is required to be
completed within six (6) months from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission
and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder
is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to
