Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
One (1) Lot Cloud-based Video Conferencing Platform for One Year

I. Purpose
The purpose of procuring the twelve (12) month subscription of a cloud-based video conferencing platform will be used by IPOPHL in conducting virtual meetings and online training.
II, . Approved Budget For Contract
The approved budget for the project will be sourced through the IPOPHL Approved Annual Procurement Plan CY 2025, amounting to PHP 810, 000.00 inclusive of VAT and other government taxes.
III. Technical Requirements
The cloud-based meeting solution subscription service must have the following:
1. Eight user licenses with up to 100 participants per meeting
2. Eighteen user licenses with up to 300 participants per meeting
3. Six user licenses with up to 500 participants per meeting
4. Three webinar user licenses with up to 500 attendees per webinar.
Detailed subscription service specifications are discussed in Anne "A".

The cloud-based meeting solutions subscription must be twelve (12) months from the date of activation.
