The Mines and Geosciences Bureau, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (PhP2, 438, 950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of One (1) Lot Berthing Space/ Wharfage Services for RPS Explorer”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected to bid opening.
