Description : 1) The Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (₱3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the One (1) Lot Annual Subscription of Cyber Security Stack Solution for the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) (P.R. No. 25-0038). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The GCG now invites bids for procurement of One (1) Lot Annual Subscription of Cyber Security Stack Solution for the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG). Delivery of the Goods is required to be completed within twenty (20) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
