Two-Failed Biddings
Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bidders to submit bids for the hereunder contract:
Name of Contract One (1) Lot- Aeronautical Survey and Obstacle Limitation Surface (OLS) Plans in Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA)
Location Mactan-Cebu International Airport, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
Brief Description To conduct aerodrome obstacle survey in MCIAA in compliance to audit observations by AANSOO-CAAP-ICAO Standards
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) P2, 000, 000.00
Contract Duration 90 Calendar Days
Prospective bidders should have completed, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a similar project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, and meet the other minimum eligibility requirements as will be discussed during the Pre-negotiation Conference. Bidding is restricted to sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
Late bids shall not be accepted. Bids received that exceed the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
All particulars relative to Performance Security, Pre-Bid Conference, Eligibility Check, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract, among others, shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its 2016 Revised IRR.

Pre-Negotiation Conference May 21, 2019 @ 9:30 A.M.
Opening of Proposal/Offers and Negotiation June 6, 2019 @ 9:30 A.M
The MCIAA assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
The MCIAA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders.
